What were the last wishes of Hitler that were not completed?

Hitler died but his last wishes were actually more crazy because his own people didn't even listen to him at the end. He wrote two final papers right before he died in the bunker and he had some really weird plans.

First thing is he was obsessed with art. He wanted to build this huge thing called the Fuhrermuseum in his hometown Linz. He wanted it to be the biggest art capital ever. He left all his stolen art to this project but it never happened because the Allies found the art hidden in salt mines and gave it back to the real owners.

Also his best friends basically ignored him:

Joseph Goebbels: Hitler told him to leave Berlin and start a new government somewhere else. Goebbels was always his most loyal guy but this time he said no. He stayed in the bunker and died and his whole family too which is really sad and dark.

Destroying Germany: Hitler was so mad that he was losing that he ordered his men to blow up all the bridges and factories in Germany. He felt the German people failed him so he wanted them to have nothing left.

Albert Speer: He was the architect of Hitler and he saved the country. He secretly stopped the soldiers from blowing everything up so the people wouldnt starve to death after the war.

So yeah even though he was the boss his final vision for the future was totally ignored by the people he trusted the most.

Initially, I believed that German soldiers of the world war II were ordinary soldiers who took orders and did them. My teacher in history informed us that they were not like the SS.
