Adolf Hitler did not leave any legitimate kids behind when he died. He wed Eva Braun on 29th April 1945 in his Berlin bunker and they both killed themselves on the very next day, thus leaving no biological descendants.
People do mention Hitler having children, and it's normally from two well-known stories from history which get confused.
The first is really a bizarre tale of one French railway worker named Jean-Marie Loret. He had been claiming for years that he was the secret son of Hitler in World War 1. He stated that his mother, a French citizen, had a short term affair with Hitler, while he was serving in France as a young German soldier. Loret even served as a soldier against the German army during World War 2, and later wrote a book about it. However, serious historians have scoured the old military location logs, and Hitler was miles away from that village at the time, so it's a complete fabrication.
The staggering shock which fools people into their stupor is the tragedy of the Goebbels family. Joseph Goebbels, Hitler's propaganda minister, and his wife Magda and six children went into the Führerbunker towards the end of the war. On May 1, just a day after Hitler shot himself, the mother decided her children shouldn't live in a world without National Socialism. She gave a dose of Morphine to each of the six children and then put a lethal dose of Cyanide in their mouths before taking her own and her husband's lives.
Others, including a few children of high Nazi officials, survived 1945, but had entirely different lives in adulthood. Edda had lived quietly with her father Hermann Göring in Munich, and the daughter of a Nazi was a clerk in a hospital. Gudrun Himmler was his daughter who remained faithful to her father and actively aiding old SS members for a number of years. But Hans Frank's son, Niklas, despised his father's actions in the Holocaust, and throughout his life devoted himself to writing books to warn people of the true nature of fascism.
